Refund policy

Voluntary 30-day returns

You have 30 days after delivery to request a voluntary return, including if you change your mind or choose the wrong size or color. This voluntary policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

For a voluntary return, the item must be unworn, unused, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. Please provide your receipt or another proof of purchase. These condition requirements apply only to voluntary returns and do not limit your statutory cancellation or defect rights.

To request a return, email info@musclyne.de with your order number. We will provide the correct return address, label and instructions after approving the request. Please request approval before sending a voluntary return. You are responsible for return shipping costs; providing a label does not mean return shipping is free. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can resolve the issue. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Exceptions to voluntary returns

Genuinely personalized items, such as items made with a text or image supplied specifically by you, are excluded from voluntary returns. Standard products featuring our offered designs are not considered personalized simply because they are printed after you order. Sale items and gift cards are also excluded from voluntary returns. These exclusions do not limit statutory rights.

Exchanges

To choose a different size or item, request a return. Once it is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement you want.

European Union: statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer receiving goods in the EU, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting on receipt of the goods. See our German withdrawal notice for the full details, including how the period is calculated. You can also send a clear withdrawal statement to info@musclyne.de.

You may inspect the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging, intact tags and prior approval are not conditions for exercising this statutory right. Any liability for diminished value depends on the statutory requirements. The voluntary-return exclusions above do not restrict statutory withdrawal rights; only the statutory exceptions apply.

For a statutory withdrawal, we refund the payment, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of return shipment. Please send the goods back within 14 days after declaring withdrawal. You bear the direct return shipping costs; your statutory rights for defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

Refunds for voluntary returns

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@musclyne.de.
